Dialog only works with mouse #184

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Establish a new vpn connection (click "connect")
2. username/passowrd is asked by a modal dialog
3. input data, then press <enter>

What is the expected output?
Modal dialog closes, accepting input

What do you see instead?
password i selected, but dialog stays there

What version of Tunnelblick are you using? On what version of OS X?
TunnelBlick 3.2b14, OSX 10.6.8

It didn't happen on previous versions: it started behaving this way some times 
ago (for example it doesn't happen on version 3.1.7)

Thanks for the report -- can't fix things if I don't know they're broken!

The "Escape" key also did not work -- it did not cancel the dialog.

I have committed a fix to both of these problems as r1604. It will be included 
in the next beta release, due soon.

The same problems occurred in the VPN passphrase dialog; that has been fixed, 
too.
