Log should be cut&paste-able #79

Right now, the log cannot be cut&paste'd into an email.
Instead, my users resort to all kinds of desperate measure, like sending
*.doc or *.pdf files. Instead of plain text. Please: Make cut&paste possible.

Better still: A menu entry "Send log" or "copy log to paste buffer".

This is possible via right-click but the standard keystrokes should work as well
cmd-a, cmd-c...

Fixed in r103.

Cmd-q, Cmd-a, Cmd-c, Cmd-x, and Cmd-v in the Details... window will Quit 
Tunnelblick, Select All,
Copy, Cut, and Paste, respectively.
