openvpn won't connect in account without Admin privileges

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I use witopia's PersonalVPN, with Tunnelblick as its client.
2. I try to "connect openvpn" from the tunnel icon in an account without Admin 
privileges.
3. My Admin account works properly with the above steps.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect openvpn to connect. Instead the tunnel icon continues to 'breathe' 
indefinitely.

What version of Tunnelblick are you using? On what version of OS X? PPC or 
Intel?

I have used tunnelblick/PersonalVPN successfully in non-Admin accounts in the 
past. 

Having user accounts without Admin privileges follows Apple's recommendations.

I tried this on a PPC running Tiger (10.4.11) and it worked with no problem. A 
few
ideas and questions:

Did you copy the entire ~/Library/openvpn folder from the Admin user to the 
non-Admin
user? That's the (per-user) folder that contains the encryption keys and the 
OpenVPN
configuration file.

Try restarting your computer, logging in as the non-Admin user, and starting
Tunnelblick before doing anything else.

Do you have a PowerPC or Intel processor? Tiger (10.4.) or Leopard (10.5.?)?

When the problem happens, click on the Tunnelblick icon, click "Details...",
highlight everything in the window that appears, then control-click to copy to 
the
clipboard, and paste into a reply.

A private email from pschoooner indicates that the problem was solved by 
replacing the files in the 
~/Library/openvpn folder.
