It would be nice to provide a simpler example for one case:

input:
- obj3D_Fixed
- obj3D_Moving
output:
- obj3D_Aligned: obj3D_Moving aligned to obj3D_Fixed
- Transformation e.g. Transformation matrix and/or Displacement/Deformation Field

This will help test the method fast without the need to downloading large datasets. It will also help to test on different datasets.
