Bootstrap test suite and add very simple test

Bootstrapping test suite

• can catch metrics
• can check if metrics collected in test
• can add more tests, setup and teardown are ready for that

I can use git repo in Gemfile, but would be nice using gem to start full testing in QA/STAGE ;)
