Will the training code be released? #23

Of course, we will release the training codes. We are preparing the training codes (in the dev branch, but they are not complete and we are still working on it). It may take more time to prepare.

We are also preparing an open-video-restoration project, which sorts out the existing methods and also the related datasets and papers. They are also under construction.
