upscale the image to 5MB resolution #835

Hi,

I need to scale the attached image to higher resolution of size 5MB

To achieve the same i tried by changing the parameters as shown below upsampler.enhance(image_cv, outscale=22)

But nothing is working out. Pls suggest what best can be done to get superior resolution, biker
