Libjingle issue on Gingerbread [Not able to find audio as well as video devices]

Hi All,

I have facing problems while running the libjingle application on my ARM7 
board, running Gingerbread Android.The issue is:

1. I am able to run a webcam independently, but when i am running the below 
mentioned command:
./callapp --voiceinput ./voice.rtpdump --videoinput ./video.rtpdump 
--voiceoutput voiceout.rtpdump --videooutput videoout.rtpdump

I am expecting that as as i run the above mentioned command, my webcam becomes 
on and i am able to communicate with the other user.

When i am passing "getdevs" command, i am not able to detect any devices?
