Merge Changes for Rendering / Lighting... #11

We need to merge the changes from branch: https://github.com/xintong-osu/VecHist/tree/renderWithLighting

...into master.

This is merged now. However, there seems to be an issue where the black lines that show on superquadrics seem to creep around when the scene is rotated. I will open another ticket later marked as "Bug".

I am closing this ticket. The new bug is logged in #12.
