Isabel/Nek Dataset... #23

We need to run the application with the hurricane Isabel data set and/or Nek dataset and look at the results.

We might also enhance the Python flow to prepend data files with the name of the type of data set so that we can have both data sets available. The C++ app could eventually have a UI option to switch data sets.
