Tags being case sensitive may hinder users since this is an interface for fast typists who may make small mistakes such as missing out the capital letters on the tag - should follow name search and be case insensitive as well to aid the user in their search

Team's Response

We are changing this to low severity because first it does not cause much convenience, second, sometimes the capitalization does make a difference, for example some clubs might use some daily objects' name as their clubs name, and they are also likely to be put as a tag onto the contact info.
