Extend temperature coverage #13

The current temperature coverage need to expand to cover lower temp and higher temp (maybe). But lower is definitely needed since Ireland is getting COLD!

Finished implementing clo 1.6, see commit c76d991.

TBD: implement clo 1.7 (Currently clicking not enough under that circumstance will crash LOL)
