Run script on proxy selection or switch #176

I use a .bat file to setup an ssh connection for use by my proxy.  Would it be 
possible to allow the option of executing a file upon selecting or switching 
between proxies?  Additionally, when the proxy is de-selected, allow option for 
execution of file as well?

How are you starting the script now? I have it in my Startup applications but 
it runs before my network is up.
