Proxy still enabled after extension deleted! #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install switchy
2. Set a proxy
3. Remove Switchy

What is the expected output?
All settings and such go away with no more problems...

What do you see instead?
proxy will still be enabled with no way of turning it off, currently stuck in 
proxy with no visable settings saying im in one.

Operating system:
Windows 7

Cant get anywhere because the proxy goes down so much, tried reseting all kinds 
of settings to no avail, seems hopeless.
