I uninstalled Switchy and re-installed it. The problem has disappeared - it
works as designed now.

I was unable to submit my own issue as the button was 'greyed' out but this one
is *fairly* close:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Switchy
2. Restart Chrome

What is the expected output?
I expect the icon for Switchy to be present

What do you see instead?
The icon for Switchy is missing and the error log is now not accessible; I
suspect permissions

Operating system:
Windows 7

Chrome version:
10.0.648.204

Error Log:
copy it from "chrome-extension://caehdcpeofiiigpdhbabniblemipncjj/console.html"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible:

When I have restarted Chrome and I paste in the error log URL, I receive the
following message as though Switchy were not actually installed. It would seem
that Switchy installs for the current session only.

The webpage at chrome-extension://caehdcpeofiiigpdhbabniblemipncjj/console.html
might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 2 (net::ERR_FAILED): Unknown error.

Thanks
Adam :)
