Can't select a Proxy Profile #186

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.click Proxy Switchy Icon and click a Proxy Profile

What is the expected output?
 There is a checkmark before the Proxy Profile I chosed,and the Icon's color turn to blue

What do you see instead?
 The checkmark still stay before the "Direct Connection",Icon turns to blue and changes back to grey about 10sec later automaticlly.

Operating system:
Windows 7 32Bit
Chrome 5.0.375.99

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
 I've reinstalled the Proxy Switchy many times,but the problem still appears.(The Auto Switch doesn't work too)

I've found out the reason.
The Lan Settings of IE only can be changed when I run IE as administrator.
It changed to this these days, perhaps a windows hotfix changed something.So if 
want to change the Proxy Switchy proxy mode, I must run the Chrome as 
administrator...WTF...

A software's service cause this.stop it then everything is OK.
Sorry for this invalid bug.
