Switchy doesn't work on Chrome/Chromium 5 #192

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Chrome or Chromium 5+
2. Install Switchy
3. Set up a proxy server

What is the expected output?
When used this extension in previous version I was able to set up rules when 
using each proxy, but that setting is unavailable anymore.

What do you see instead?
Impossible to set up rules for the proxy server. Also, when changing the proxy 
manually it changes back to direct connection after a few seconds.

Operating system:
Linux

(proxy name and address have been deleted manually)

Sorry, the OS should read Linux, I haven't tested it in other OSs.
