Modify Proxy Setting Only for LAN, Not for Dial-up Networking

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.no lan network
2.has a dial-up network for internet
3.swich to auto-mode or other-proxy-mode
4.chrome://net-internals/ always display direct connection
5.copy the pac path to dail-up proxy setting, that's OK

What is the expected output?

What do you see instead?
modify all system proxy setting

Operating system: Windows
All | Windows | Mac | Linux

i had the similar problem.
i also copy the pac path to dail-up proxy setting, and it works under auto 
switch mode.
but if i change the proxy manually, it still uses the automatic configuration 
script.
