help! #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
i created a blank profile and clearly nothing happend.  i uninstalled the 
application and didnt switch back to my default profile.  I tried uninstalling 
and reinstalling chrome but i can no loger get it to go back to the internet.  
i can not reinstall the file bc the internet on chrome isnt working and i cant 
download the file via any other browser... PLEASE HELP!!!

What is the expected output?

What do you see instead?

Operating system:
All | Windows | Mac | Linux

Error Log:
copy it from "chrome-
extension://caehdcpeofiiigpdhbabniblemipncjj/console.html"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Well, to disable proxy do the following:
Open Chrome options, select 'Under the Hood' tab, and press 'Change proxy 
settings' button.
A dialog appears, press 'Lan settings' button, and uncheck all the checkboxes.
Does this fix the problem?
