switchy's settings effects IE (local hostname & FQDN) #212

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add new proxy
2. switch to new proxy
3. IE will sort of follow same proxy

What is the expected behavior?
IE is a separate application and "switchy" proxy settings should never affect IE

What behavior do you see instead?
after "switchy" set to use a proxy, IE follows same proxy (but in a weird kind
of way) its not following everything just some, I think it may have something
to do with a hostname vs fqdn, for instance (and i dont know if this will
behave same way for everyone) when i'm hitting local machine on local network
it works fine, but when i'm hitting FQDN it goes through proxy.

Operating system:
All | Windows | Mac | Linux
Tried on Windows only.

Error Log:
copy it from "chrome-
extension://caehdcpeofiiigpdhbabniblemipncjj/console.html"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Confirming on Linux. Whenever proxy is changed in Switchy, the system proxy
also changes and all applications start using the proxy.

Expected Behavior: Like AutoProxy add-on of Firefox. AutoProxy does not affect
any other application. It modifies the connections of Firefox only.
