Confirm Download of Online Rule List #214

I am putting in a rule list, but I don't think it actually worked.  When I put 
in an address for an online rule list, I should see something like:

"Rule list downloaded at 1/1/10 2:15.  300 rules parsed"

But there is nothing.  I have no idea if the rules have been downloaded or not.
