Auto Detect Censored URL & Switching to Proxy Mode #222

I am from mainland China
first, i want to thank you guys for such a useful extension.
i can not imagine how can i surfing the internet without it - Switchy + gfwlist 
is a perfect match.
but there are lots of censored sites not in gfwlist
i know i can add new custom rule with a few mouse clicks, but once you keep
doing this several times everyday, it becames a little annoying.

So i wonder if it's possible for Switchy to provide a option that auto-switching
to proxy mode if it can not connect to the remote site directly on first try 
(most of the time, it would be a connection reset error i think) 
As a plus, it can also save the successfully connected site on second try
that using proxy mode as custom rule and let users to submit them to gfwlist 
later.

hi, i'm also here in china.I wonder if you can teach me how to set up proxy on 
Chrome?
or do you have any idea how i'd use VPN without purchasing school's "global 
network?"
