What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using ProxySwitchy 1.6.3 in Binary switch mode. Have a SOCKS SSH Tunnel
proxy that works great. I noticed it changes the IE proxy settings as well
2. Add a URL in the 'No Proxy For' field - noticed it must be in between:
localhost; and <local>;
3. IE can open the new URL outside of proxy, Chrome still forwards the URL
through the proxy

What is the expected output?
Chrome will except that URL from proxy connection

What do you see instead?
Chrome still forwards the URL through the proxy

Operating system:
Windows

Reproduce:
1. v1.6.3 in Binary switch mode; SOCKS5 ssh tunnel that works well. All traffic
forwarded through the tunnel.
2. localhost (and all sub-directories) are forwarded through the proxy

Expected:
1. The localhost URL will be served through the direct connection.

Instead:
1. Chrome forwards localhost through the proxy.

OS:
Mac OS X 10.6.5
