Some times when you click the toolbar icon, UI do not present fully #255

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install this plugin
2.Click it
3.Sometimes it run into this status, pls see the attached image.

What is the expected output?
full UI present

What do you see instead?
Just a partial UI present. See attached image.

Operating system:
Windows 7 X64

Error Log:
