Official release is not out after 2010.

Is there any chance for releasing new version on Github, or on official site?

libao has released new version on Github, though not done on official site.

FWIW I'm the new release manager for vorbis-tools and getting a release out (finally) is on my TODO, after rounding up a couple of vendor patches.
