我提出的主要原因是，可能同步不需要加上 
--delete，是否有什么方式可以处理

这提议不错~~希望可以实现,在xml指定rsync命令开关。

我也建议加上自定义参数的功能。
默认的不够用啊。

如果默认的使用rsync -ua -R 就差不多够用了
