Draft Code for Mespotamian Religion #216

Not sure how useful this'll be, but hopefully it's something and not too mismanaged. Put the features I could find code for in. Feel free to take in or out what you want. Figured intermarriage would work on the basis of Zoroastrians, Egyptians, and Hellenics all being contemporaries and Tengri being a generic steppe religion as much as the Mongol-Turkic religion in particular, and the Mesoptoamians had a lot of interaction and intermixing with steppe nomads migrating into their land.

Also, if you'd like an alternative symbol for the religion, the cuneiform sign for 'Dingir' or 'god' would work pretty well.

Not much, but I typed up a localisation file for what I provided earlier, and added the offered description of the religion I typed up back on the forum. Hope it's some help, and feel free to do with it as you wish.
