Add a new section for Honors and Awards #113

It would be beneficial for adding a section to mention the applicant's honors or other mentionable achievements as a boost to the resume.

I thought perhaps I could hack this by listing such things in the skill section, but it really didn't turn out the way intended hence giving this suggestion and up vote
