测出的IP证书有问题，显示NA upport@actela.com，或者GN 
*.glgoo.com，或者GN roxyadmin@cimb.com.kh，还有NA 
taisei-smartnet.jp。无法使用，防火墙加强污染了。

作者请加入过滤延迟高的ip的功能吧，让用户自己设置延迟高
于多少就删除此ip，免得复制进goagent的时候还要手动删除延��
�高的ip

你来说慢的，说不定对别人来说，就是快的，所以。
