Compatilibilty issue #55

I am using Ubuntu 16.04. I have installed all the requirements accordingly except CUDA as mentioned in environment.yml . I just want to test the code. Can this code be made CPU compatible? If yes, what are the changes need to be done. Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I think currently it is not CPU compatible.
