The issue is that single set export (NOT sheet export) doesn't bring along set properties that affect stats, such as party bonus and race.
I think this could be considered a bug, since this leads to very confusing behaviour at times, and anecdotally I've seen it confuse multiple people. I think expected behaviour here is that party bonus and race come along with the selected set too, even though they're sheet properties, especially as the set, as you see it, takes party bonus and race into account.
Part of the confusion comes from the reported sim amounts being noticeably lower, despite not changing any other settings, and the exported set isn't editable after the fact, so you cannot correct it.
I tried poking around at fixing this myself but I couldn't quite get it to work, and also I didn't want to presume the UX.
