What it says on the tin. I'm leaving the author as Nono but we can add specific maintainers if people want. For any contributors that are also members of xivapi, feel free to fold yourself into the xivapi copyright if you don't want your name there. Leaving this PR up for a few days for people to confirm, then I'll merge and re-publish the latest (0.1.8) release to npm with the xivapi scope.
