dalamud not recognizing plugin #319

hi ive been following a guide that tells me to add a link in the dalamud settings. im putting the link in the proper place but it never shows up in my plug ins to give me the option to download. am i doing something wrong? tysm

First of all, provide much more information, show the repo list, show where you're searching for penumbra. Also it would be more helpful for you to ask on the discord rather than issue tab for general setup. Please follow the guide closely assuming it's the reniguide.
