Cancelled (fully refunded) subscription stays active till end of period #112

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Purchase a subscription

2. In the merchant console, go into the order, select to 'Cancel entire order'.
The Order History will show full refund + cancellation

EXPECTED OUTPUT: Subscription cancelled immediately.

ACTUAL OUTPUT:
1. Subscription is active until the end of the period (month/year)

2. If the user tries to purchase the subscription again, he/she gets an error 
message from the play store saying that the subscription is already active.

3. When the user reviews his/her subscriptions, the cancelled/refunded 
subscription is shown as active until the end of the period.
