Be able to acquire 3D stacks of images using the hamamatsu camera, with user specified exposure time and frame number.
Describe the solution you'd like
a method in the camera module that says .acquire_3D(*some-sort-of-parameters-stored-in-the-camera-module-as-attributes).
Describe alternatives you've considered
HCImage software.

set exposure time, input trigger, output trigger, and delay.
[ ] traverse all properties, get property options - text dictionary, save out as yaml, and allow for reverse search when setting the properties.
[ ] break down the hamamatsu-camera-set-properties secript and think about what functions we want in the camera.py.
[ ] perhaps will need - initiate api, instantiate device, open deivce, configure parameters, allocate buffer, capture start, wait capture event with a timeout signal, obtain data from buffer, save out data, capture stop, release buffer, device close, amp uninit. - change it into different steps? Need to think about it. But have it as individual steps at the devices level would be OK.
[ ] then, in the demo - configure input trigger, check and make sure it works as expected.
[ ] in the demo - configure output trigger, check and make sure it works using an oscilloscope.
[ ] in the demo - save out data, and check the datafile start time to make sure the exposure time and acquisition speed all make sense.
[ ] perhaps write the associate tests based on the demo - think about it.
[ ] check the pixel values with different levels of exposure time to make sure the pixel values makes sense. (need to think about criteria).
