[Feature] Shadowsocks-Proxy add v2ray-plugin or remove simple-obfs #119

Description

1.As you know,the project(https://github.com/shadowsocks/simple-obfs) have been deprecated,and simple-obfs is easy to be hijacked. 2.Either shadowsocks-rust or go-shadowsocks2 suggests to use the v2ray-plugin by default. 3.Even though just remove simple-obfs,it is a good idea to proxy privated traffic by shadowsocks.

as a choice,can we support the switch to decide whether use obfs or not.

obfs is already optional, and its existence is only for compatibility.
