[IDEA] Move project from Arduino to ESP-IDF #27

As the firmware for the ESP grows bigger and more complex, our needs and requirements are also getting more specific. The consideration to move to the ESP-IDF, which enables more individuality, should be made.

It would make development quite a bit more complicated, but it could be worth the effort. How much so is yet to be determined.
