Provide a good example for CodesAndNumbers #2

Please describe what needs to be done. Include links if possible.

Include a clear, all-encompassing and preferably real-life example at the end 
of http://code.google.com/p/applecore/wiki/CodesAndNumbers.

The collection in the example should have:
- An higher institution with an ID
- Subcollections
- A BCI LSID
The specimen in the example should have:
- Other specimen numbers
- A collector number

Is it informative?

We don't have an institutionID. Does anyone know a registry who issues 
retraceable identifiers for institutions? 
We don't have subcollections, but I've put "Vascular Plants" in datasetName.

Once MT data is published, we can use the GBRDS UUID as an example for a 
datasetID. Currently it's a entomological collection: 
http://gbrds.gbif.org/browse/agent?uuid=ada5d0b1-07de-4dc0-83d4-e312f0fb81cb
