Examples illustrating the recommendations of the RDF Guide

Description of issue:
It was suggested that examples be included in the guide to help users 
understand how to follow the guidelines.  However, it might be preferable to 
place the examples on the Darwin Core GitHub site rather than within the 
document itself.  Links would be made to a landing page on the GitHub site and 
backlinks to the relevant sections of the guide would be included with the 
examples.  See also https://github.com/tdwg/dwc/issues/52

The draft has been changed so that all references to ancillary documents 
(including the pages illustrating examples) are linked to a placeholder landing 
page.  This placeholder page is currently 
https://code.google.com/p/tdwg-rdf/wiki/DwCAncillary but the hyperlink would be 
changed to an appropriate landing page on the Darwin Core GitHub site once the 
URL of that page is determined.
