Unable to deploy LWC component to production org #217

LWC components can be deployed to sandbox orgs just fine - but when I attempt to deploy them via

Right-click --> HaoIDE --> Deploy to server --> select production org --> select applicable test classes

nothing happens and I see the following log in the console:
