Create tutorial article regarding item loading issues #4

This will give plugin developers a clear idea on how to handle sources.

@dcefram please check this new article I wrote. Also tagging @SML-MeSo for any additional input.

I removed some segments from the Extensions article into a separate Common Errors article, which is where the item loading issues come in. I believe #2 will be able to replace the Extensions article with more relevant content.
