Create tutorial article regarding DLL usage #5

This should be done in tandem with https://github.com/xjsframework/xjs/issues/21

We want to let developers use DLLs to enhance their plugin's functionality. We should initially create a simple tutorial on how this is done. Also, we need to post our internal DLL function signatures so that plugin developers can start using them.
