i think there's a similar issue like rexus_pl reported here in GBAtemp, but i think there's a fix for that. working in that atm.
Can you be more detailed? For example, specific games for testing after correction. Also, I am not very clear about the functions of Guncon. Is it using Pad+Wii remote to implement Guncon operations?

Used Wii remote only. The key is to enable the button by selecting Analog, and if you go into the SAVE in Options, after entering the game setting, go into Wiistation and then come back out and save the setting, It works fine.
1) If you set it to a Guncon, the 'Shot (Select)' button not works. 2) If you select Analog + Guncon as the input, the shot button works. 3) However, since Analog and Guncon are selected alternately, a phenomenon occurs where the button is pressed automatically. 4) So, when you go into settings, you will see the cursor moving diagonally. 5) After entering the game setting, go into Wiistation and then come back out and save the setting (Repeat 1-2 times) 6) The cursor disappears from moving diagonally, and only the Guncon is recognized.

When checking the controller in the options menu in game, It is confirmed that the button is pressed alternately between the GunCon and the pad. And then If I go into the Wiistation menu screen once and save it, only the GunCon will be selected and it will operate normally.
Also, despite the GunCon settings, individual saves are possible, but the settings are not automatically loaded when entering the game again.
I would like to share this issue and solve it. :)
