Original message:
Force NTSC still gives picture errors. At the bottom of the screen artifacts appear, basically the part of the picture that was cut off before is now filled with these artifacts. You will notice this especially in games like Final Fantasy 8 and 9, but not only in those games.
In Jokippo's version this doesn't happen.
The installation is clean, without any files from other versions, and the screen mode is 16:9 (not forced). Tested with both GPUs.
This happens on many PAL games (tested Final Fantasy VIII, Final Fantasy IX and others), which in old Jokippo builds didn't happen.
Can you try to fix this issue of garbage showing in the bottom of the screen when using Force NTSC in PAL games?
(Tested with Old GPU, new GPU when forced to NTSC is strectched/cut off on the bottom)
