FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] could not open alignment file #26

Hi

SVision can not find my bam file. But the ls command shows that the bam file is there:

Here are the details of my run:

It is not recommended to run contig on SVision, its just an experimental function which is not fully open yet. We have a new version coming soon for both contigs and reads.
