moved ebaz4205 design files to ebaz4205 folder
moved FT232HL_v20.5.31.pdf to prog
replaced EBAZ4205.PcbDoc (which was missing info / had broken polygon fills) with original/altium/kicad designs

The Altium and KiCad imports are not set up for manufacturing, but they provide a reasonable starting point.
