Mask patches #2

Can this also be used for generating corresponding patches from the tumor binary mask?

@xjw00654 for reference, I am working with the CAMELYON16 Dataset I have tumor binary masks (wherein the tumor regions are white pixels and rest of it is just black pixels). I have these masks in tif format with the same structure as the Whole Slide Image tif files
