feat: template for slides #2

this adds the slides template from https://github.com/parcio/templates written in typst

Good start. Will switch out some of the older utility functions, like the code blocks, and bring it closer to the original design. Already started with the footer, outline and current section on the right side of the header.

We should also create some additional user-facing functions to hide some of that.

Added a lot of doc comments and reordered some stuff for both usability and readability. I also modified the progress bar and page counter to only start after the outline and to not count the reference (bibliography slide) though I kept it somewhat customizable.

Should be as close to the LaTeX template as possible, feel free to take a look.
