history sorts oldest to newest by default, should do the reverse #367

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open growl preferences
2. click history tab
3. see oldest instead of newest 

What is the expected output?
seeing the newest notifications

What do you see instead?
the oldest

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.1

Please provide any additional information below.
not a must but would probably be more intuitive to see the newest items in the 
history first
