What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install a new style
2.Install it again
3....
4.Profit?

What is the expected output?
That the style overwrites the old one on disk, and that it appears in the list 
only once.

What do you see instead?
That the style overwrites the old one on disk, but that it appears in the list 
multiple times

This has been fixed in source as of in default (what will be 1.4) 
[f29055337aa9].
